This month in October, Inspire Travel Management and the team flew to Perth to conduct a special travel careers day workshop for local Indigenous youth.    At the event Dwayne shared his unique journey through the travel industry and how he came to build two successful travel companies; InTravel Group and Inspire Travel Management. Inspire Travel Management is a majority owned Indigenous corporate travel management company creating rewarding career paths for Indigenous Australians. Dwayne founded the company in hopes that he could inspire and to have a positive impact socially and economically for Indigenous Australians. Dwayne Good – “The careers day in Perth was a success, we managed to sign on 4 – 5 Indigenous attendees to pursue a career in the travel industry. We aim to put on more events like the travel careers day in Perth, perhaps in Melbourne and other major cities as well as some regional locations throughout Australia.” In addition to Dwayne sharing his journey, InTravel Group account manager James Loft took to the podium to share how he found his career pathway in the travel industry.   Inspire Travel Management would like to thank Generation One, Crown Perth, Wirrpanda Foundation and the Apprenticeship Community for their collaboration and support of the event.
