A new partnership

Inspire Travel Management (ITM) is incredibly pleased to announce our new partnership with Cbus Super, Australia’s largest superannuation fund for the building, construction and allied industries.

As one of ITM’s foundation partners, we will be providing Cbus with tailored, personalised and relationship-driven travel management services, ensuring the organisation’s people can move about the country on time and on budget on any day of the year.

With the backing of our joint venture partner, the QBT-owned Helloworld Travel, we at ITM have the expertise and capacity to manage the travel programs for Australia’s largest entities.

ITM Managing Director Dwayne Good says he and his team very much look forward to working closely with Cbus Super.

“We’re really happy with this partnership,” says Dwayne.

“To have an organisation such as Cbus behind us, with its long and proud history, gives us confidence that we have a competitive and reliable offer. We’re truly dedicated to providing a level of care and service not usually seen from the big players in the travel management space.”

Indigenous Opportunities

Central to this partnership is also a shared commitment to Indigenous Australia. As a majority Indigenous owned company, ITM is dedicated to using its business as a vehicle for positive change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We believe that providing training and meaningful employment opportunities is a vital step in the right direction.

“As a proud Bundjalung man who has enjoyed a great career in the travel industry, it’s a huge honour to be in a position that allows me to create opportunities for my people,” says Dwayne.

“Every client of Cbus’s calibre that we bring along with us on this journey gives us more and more capacity to deliver on our mission.”

Beyond its long history as one of Australia’s largest and most successful super funds, Cbus Super has shown a firm commitment to Indigenous Australia, most recently demonstrated through its Reconciliation Action Plan. The organisation aims to help make a difference through cultural awareness, capacity building, employment, economic participation and financial security.

Driving this desire to be play a strong part in reconciliation is Cbus Super CEO David Atkin.

Through ITM we have access to the best travel management technology and expertise at the best value, so we can maintain our focus on delivering strong returns to our members.

Being able to align our business with a company that has a strong value and purpose is a valuable opportunity for Cbus.

Were committed to contributing towards social change and economic opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.

Cbus launched our reconciliation Action Plan last December.”

The Sky’s the limit

At Inspire Travel Management, we believe that alliances between organisations such as ours and Cbus are critical to the future of this country. As we all move forward on the reconciliation journey together, we think it’s vital that Indigenous owned businesses are given opportunities to prove their worth.

The whole team at ITM is very thankful for Cbus doing its homework and putting its trust in us to deliver its travel program. Not only will this partnership provide many immediate opportunities for us as a business, it will also act as a launchpad for us to grow and prosper well into the future.

Thank you.

Safe travels,
